At Yellow Sub Trading, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our online returns portal to submit a request using your order number and email address.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
